End User Agreement (Beta Release)

Dear Customer,

Thank you for supporting HydraWav3. Before we ship your unit, we ask you to carefully review this agreement. By replying to this message with "I acknowledge and accept the terms of the HydraWav3 End User Agreement," you confirm your understanding and consent to the following:

1. 1. Beta Use Acknowledgment

   You understand that the HydraWav3 device and associated software are currently in the beta phase. While we have performed extensive internal testing, the software is still undergoing refinement and may not yet meet the full standards of a commercially released wellness product.

2. 2. No Medical Claims

   HydraWav3 is not currently cleared, approved, or certified by any regulatory body (including the FDA) as a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should not rely on HydraWav3 as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

3. 3. Use at Your Own Risk

   By using the HydraWav3 device, you agree to do so voluntarily and at your own risk. HydraWav3 LLC, its founders, affiliates, contractors, and team members shall not be held liable for any injury, adverse reaction, data loss, or any other consequence arising from the use or misuse of the device or its software platform.

4. 4. No Liability Coverage

   At this time, HydraWav3 LLC does not carry general liability or product liability insurance. You acknowledge this and agree not to hold HydraWav3 LLC or any associated parties liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from use of the product.

5. 5. Software and Connectivity Limitations

   The HydraWav3 web app and software are in development. You may encounter bugs, crashes, incomplete features, or limited compatibility. We welcome your feedback and will work to improve the experience continuously, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted function or data storage.

6. 6. Safe Use Commitment

   You agree to follow all instructions provided in the Instructions for Use (IFU) document. You further agree to discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort, malfunction, or unexpected response and to contact our support team.

7. 7. Sole Use Restriction

   You agree to be the sole user of the HydraWav3 device. You will not lend, sublet, rent, or allow any other individual — including fellow practitioners, friends, family, or clients — to use the device without prior written approval from HydraWav3 LLC. This helps us maintain the integrity of feedback, ensure proper usage, and support you directly during this beta period.

8. 8. Office Use Only

   The HydraWav3 device is intended for use in a professional office environment only. It should not be used in a home or residential setting.
